The ULTIMA® X5000 Gas Monitor is the future of gas detection for oxygen, toxic and combustible gases. MSA XCell® gas sensors with TruCal® technology offer calibration cycles up to 18 months (local calibration respected). The gas transmitter's advanced, multi-lingual OLED display is easy to read and the unique touch-screen interface makes it simple to navigate.
ALTAIR® 4XR Multigas Detector
Outfitted with rapid-response MSA XCell® sensors, the ALTAIR 4XR Gas Detector is the toughest 4-gas monitor on the market and is backed by a 4-year warranty. OptimAir® 3000 PAPR
With three possible configurations, the OptimAir 3000 offers versatility, ergonomic design and state-of-the-art features. The unit features a microprocessor-controlled, variable-speed motor to ensure the user gets an optimal amount of air. The respirator features one-button operation and weighs less than 1.5 kg for convenience and freedom of movement. When used with a hood, the unit's alarm is sent through the hose and can be heard in loud environments, while the five-level battery indication signals how much life the battery has left. Automatic calibration, long-life battery and shower-proof design makes the unit convenient and practical.
Ultima® XIR Gas Monitor
The microprocessor-based, infrared Ultima XIR gas detector is precisely engineered to continuously monitor for combustible gases and vapors. The unit features DuraSource Technology, which offers improved IR life, and a HART port for easy output access. The explosion-proof stainless steel monitor works indoors or outdoors and features infrared technology that eliminates the need for frequent calibrations. Its operations are based on dual-wavelength, heated-optics technology, which compensates for temperature, humidity and aging effects. The unit uses only one circuit board for increased reliability, and the sensor life isn't reduced by exposure to gas. The LCD screen provides scrolling information, while optional quick-check LEDs provide increased visibility.
PrimaX® I Gas Transmitter
Indoors or outdoors, our PrimaX I Gas Transmitter provides dependable, accurate gas detection. The transmitter detects toxic gases and oxygen and is housed in an antistatic, reinforced nylon enclosure. It also has a large, easy-to-read LCD screen and attaches to an integral mounting plate for easy installation, while the built-in keypad makes for quick, simple calibration. To transmit data, the unit uses a 4-20 mA output signal and can also be configured to use HART digital communication. With easily replaced plug-in sensors, the PrimaX I transmitter is suitable for laboratories, chemical plants, power plants and several other industry settings.
Advantage® 4100 Full-Facepiece Respirator
Precision crafted to cover a wide variety of respiratory applications, our Advantage 4100 Facepiece works with several different MSA respirators to provide comfortable, cost-efficient performance. The facepiece is compatible with several MSA respirator models, including air-purifying respirators, supplied-air respirators and powered air-purifying respirators. Available in both silicone and Hycar, this unit comes in three standard sizes for a snug fit. The facepiece also features a rubber or net harness, and every mask features a standard nosecup for reduced fogging in low-temperature or high-moisture environments.
Advantage® 420 Half-Mask Respirator
With its UniBond over-mold facepiece, AnthroCurve™ face seal, and low profile design, the Advantage 420 Respirator is the superior option for respiratory protection. The over-mold facepiece and face seal ensure the unit provides an excellent fit and comfort to the wearer. The unique yoke and harness design (patent pending) allows a user to easily don and doff the state-of-the-art respirator while maintaining a customized fit. Other features include a ComforTop headband, a built-in moisture release chin cup hole, and the extra-wide head and neck straps.
Ultra-Twin® Full-Facepiece Respirator
Crafted to provide a secure fit and strong protection, Ultra-Twin Full-Facepiece Respirators offer several options that make it a clear choice for defense against toxic chemicals. The unit features an inturned lip for a comfortable seal against the face, a large chin cup for easy positioning, and 5 suspension headstraps with roller buckles that hold the facepiece in place while minimizing hair entanglement. The wide lens is scratch resistant, while a speaking diaphragm provides clear short-range communications. The unit also features a nosecup that helps eliminate lens fogging.
The SUPREMATouch has been enhanced with several new features which makes it outstanding in its class. Added to the popular large colour touchscreen display, a new title-based menu structure has been added to optimize intuitive operation. The SUPREMATouch can be used with a wide range of detectors for combustible gas, toxic gas and oxygen. Output options include relays and 4-20mA outputs. Remote racks can be connected (satellite structure), which expands control systems and reduces cabling costs. Interfacing to external systems is provided by using Modbus or Profibus. The SUPREMATouch has been certified according to ATEX and is suitable for virtually any safety related application including redundant systems with up to a Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 3 rating (EN 61508). The intuitive SUPREMA Manager Software is intended for configuration, parameterization and calibration of the SUPREMATouch Fire and Gas Controller. It offers the option to create detailed and clearly laid out reports to support documentation and supports all the new features of the SUPREMATouch. Note: This is a custom product.
