PremAire® Cadet Supplied Air Respirator
Get air on demand with this high-performance, Type C, supplied-air respirator. Mask-mounted regulator responds quickly to changing breathing requirements. Maintains a slight positive pressure to prevent contaminants from invading the face piece. Ideal for chemical and petrochemical processing, municipal utilities, and asbestos and lead paint abatement, as well as non-IDLH environments such as pharmaceutical applications and hazardous materials clean up. Available as a basic supplied air device or as a combination air-line/air-purifying respirator.
PremAire® Supplied Air Respirator System
This full-face, pressure-demand, Type-C supplied-air respirator features a patented waist-mounted manifold for incredible flexibility. Can be converted from a supplied-air device to an air-purifying system. Dual-supply option lets users connect from one pressurized continuous air source to another—without losing continuity of airflow. The vortex tube option delivers whole-body temperature control for added comfort.
This compressed-air emergency escape device provides 15 minutes of life-saving respiratory protection in extremely toxic or oxygen-deficient environments. Featuring fast, automatic activation, fluorescent protective carrying bag, and three liters of 200 bar compressed air, this device is ideal for use on ships, off-shore oil rigs, refineries, water utilities and confined spaces.
TransAire® 5 and TransAire® 10 Escape Respirator
These self-contained devices help personnel escape dangerous and deadly atmospheres, including those with high concentrations of toxic gases or vapors or oxygen deficiency. Low profile, lightweight, and easy to carry, these escape respirators feature one-control operation for a swift exit.
PremAire® Cadet Escape Respirator
This combination supplied-air respirator with SCBA is designed especially for escape. Versatile, comfortable and affordable, it features a single-assembly first-stage regulator and cylinder valve. Small in size and profile, this one is ideal for working in tight places.
Custom Air V® Escape Respirator
Escape toxic gasses, vapors or oxygen deficiency with this quick-use, hooded emergency respirator. Features a high flow rate of 72 liters per minute (lpm) and a continuous flow of air from the compressed air cylinder. The flexible urethane hood reduces fogging and fits over eyeglasses and facial hair. Lightweight and easy to carry, the unit also mounts on a wall, as needed.
Abrasi-Blast™ Supplied Air Respirator
This supplied-air respirator provides respiratory and upper body protection for personnel engaged in abrasive blasting. Includes hood, face piece with lens housing, breathing tube, lens cartridge, flow-control device, air-supply hose, and support belts. Ideal for a range of applications including blasting operations.
FireHawk® M7XT Air Mask
Through NFPA, firefighters strive to improve the durability and performance of their SCBA and PASS devices. It's no different with the new 2013 edition of NFPA 1981 and 1982 NFPA standards for self-contained breathing apparatus and personal alert safety systems (PASS). These revisions call for a minimum low pressure alarm set point of 33% cylinder operating pressure remaining, improved facepiece lens radiant heat performance, 500° F heat and flame exposure, and standardized PASS device alarm sound patterns. In addition, NFPA has raised the bar on voice communication capability, now requiring measurable, minimum Sound Transmission Index (STI) scores for both mechanical and electronic communications. MSA's new FireHawk M7XT Air Mask represents a true technological achievement in critical firefighter protection. As firefighters determined the safety requirements required to meet NFPA 1981 and 1982 2013-edition standards, MSA engineering teams began to design solutions. The new FireHawk M7XT Air Mask, with its life-safety design components built upon a modular air mask platform, exceeds NFPA 2013 requirements and provides firefighters with the highest quality SCBA available.
FireHawk® M7 Air Mask
This advanced air mask features seven life-safety design components. It is the highest quality SCBA available and is virtually bulletproof against fire ground hazard. Although lightweight and easy to use, it's a stellar performer—even in the face of extreme temperatures (up to 500°F).
Compressed Airline Accessories
MSA compressed airline accessories help ensure proper air supply. Our pressure regulator helps maintain desired operating pressure, while our manifolds supply single source air to up to four respirators. MSA compressed airline accessories are designed especially for use with MSA airline systems.
This fresh air hose breathing apparatus (FABA) is designed for use wherever conditions permit drawing air from a hazard-free atmosphere. Because the air supply is fresh, there are no time restrictions on use. Can be used as an assisted (with Turbo-Flo blower) or unassisted fresh air breathing apparatus.
Quick-Disconnects and Adapters
These assemblies connect air supply hoses to the manifold and air source. Locking-type quick disconnects are available to interconnect lengths of air supply hose. With locking quick-disconnects, use up to 12 sections of hose to make up the maximum length.
Constant Flow Airline Respirator
This Type C, supplied-air respirator supplies a continuous flow of air to the face piece from an external source. The complete assembly is available with the Advantage® 4000 face piece, plus breathing tube, web support belt and air flow control valve. Use only in non-IDLH environments.
